Preparing for Your Appointment

What should I expect when I arrive?

Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. When you arrive, you may self-check-in at our kiosk. No need to wait for assistance unless you have questions or haven’t completed your digital intake forms.

What happens during the consultation?

Every service begins with a personalized consultation. We will assess your hair’s health and integrity—we will never perform a service that compromises your hair.

  • Pro Tip: Please bring inspirational photos! Visuals help ensure we are on the same page regarding your desired look.

Where should I park?

We have a dedicated parking lot on the right side of our building (shared with Dana Automobile). Additional parking is available on all surrounding side streets.

Can I take photos?

Yes! We love capturing "Before and After" shots to showcase your transformation. Feel free to freshen up your makeup beforehand so you feel your absolute best for the camera.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

Why do you require a credit card and deposit?

To reserve your time, we require a 50% deposit. This ensures our commission-based stylists are fairly compensated for the time held specifically for you.

  • Applied Credit: Your deposit is applied toward your total service cost.

  • Non-Refundable: Deposits are non-refundable if canceled or rescheduled outside of our policy guidelines.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand life happens! However, to respect our team's schedule, we enforce the following:

  • 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% fee.

  • Same-Day Rescheduling: Moving an appointment on the day of service incurs a 25% charge.

  • No-Shows: Failure to show without notice results in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.

  • Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, which can result in a 50% fee.

Pricing & Stylists

Why do prices vary between stylists?

We use a tiered pricing structure based on a stylist’s experience, advanced education, and demand.

  • Levels: You can choose a stylist level that fits your budget and needs.

  • Variables: Final costs may vary based on hair length, thickness, and product usage.

What is an "Up-and-Coming Stylist"?

These are fully licensed professionals in our advanced in-salon training program. They offer select services at lower introductory prices as they perfect their craft under the guidance of our senior team.

Can I switch to a different stylist?

Absolutely. We operate as a team and won't have hurt feelings! Whether you need a different schedule or a fresh perspective, feel free to book with anyone you like. We’d much rather you stay within our salon family than go elsewhere.

Services & Aftercare

How long will my hair color last?

Typically, color lasts 4 to 8 weeks (most guests see 5-6 weeks).

  • Longevity Factors: Washing frequency, water temperature, and sun exposure play a role.

  • Maintenance: We recommend using the professional, color-safe products suggested by your stylist to prevent stripping and fading.

Is a blowout included with my service?

  • Haircuts: Yes! Every haircut includes a professional blowout.

  • Color-Only Services: A blowout is not included. Please be sure to add a "Professional Blowout" to your booking if you’d like to finish your look.

What if I’m not happy with my results?

While we do not offer refunds, we are 100% committed to making it right. If something isn't what you expected, please contact us within 72 hours. We view your honest feedback as a favor and will go above and beyond to correct the issue.

Payments & Amenities

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Zelle, and Cash. We do not accept personal checks.

How does tipping work?

  • Card Tips: Processed via TIPPY, allowing your stylist to receive the gratuity instantly.

  • Other Options: Cash, Venmo, or Zelle are also appreciated and given directly to your technician.

Do you offer any perks?

Yes! Enjoy complimentary water, coffee, and snacks during your visit.

  • New Clients: Take 20% off your first retail purchase!

  • Promotions: Ask at the front desk for our current seasonal deals.
