  • Understanding Your Goals

    When you arrive at our spa in Nutley, you will first be greeted with drinks and treats to help you unwind and a welcome kit that includes our detailed pricing. Next, one of our experts will meet you and closely examine your hair and skin. Finally, our team will take the time to understand your concerns in detail and will help draw out the perfect and most lucrative treatment plan to help you achieve all your goals. 

  • Procedure

    You will be seated in a comfortable chair in our luxurious salon while one of our experts creates the perfect look for you. Our experts will constantly keep you informed about what they are doing, and you can feel free to ask them any questions or address any doubts that you may have. Most of our clients have a tranquil experience while our team works on their hair and skin.

  • Aftercare

    Once your procedure is complete, our expert will give you detailed instructions on how you can continue to care for your hair and skin. Our team will also educate you on other products and services that can help you maintain your gorgeous tresses long after you leave our salon. You can also book your next appointment with us before leaving.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your appointment, in accordance with our cancellation policy.

We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. However, to respect our stylist time and to ensure a fair working environment, we have established the following canceling policies.


48 Hours Notice: If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, we hold the right to charge a cancelation fee of 50%

No Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying us it will result in a 100% charge of scheduled service.

Rescheduling: Same day rescheduling will result in a 25% charge.


Our cancellation policy fees ensure our stylists are compensated for the time reserved for you.

We do not offer refunds on services. However, we are committed to do whatever we can to guarantee your satisfaction as long as it is possible.

New Client Contracts

When you arrive at our spa in Nutley, you will first be greeted with drinks and treats to help you unwind and a welcome kit that includes our detailed pricing. Next, one of our experts will meet you and closely examine your hair and skin. Finally, our team will take the time to understand your concerns in detail and will help draw out the perfect and most lucrative treatment plan to help you achieve all your goals. 


As a new client, you can expect your stylist to go over a "color contract" that will ensure that you know what we can do for you on your first visit, the correct upkeep, and how long it may take to get you to your set goal. This leaves you happy and aware of expectations from your stylist and develops a relationship of trust!

Level-System

Our stylists bring specific experience and expertise to Fringe. To reflect that, we have a tiered fee structure. Price+ indicates the base price for that particular tier and service and may increase taking into account certain variables such as the amount of product used, hair length/type, service duration, etc.



Stylists' prices are based on their industry experience, the amount of advanced education they have obtained and time of demand. Our stylists are on a level based system.


In general, you pay more for experience and advanced training. Feel free to request a stylist in the price range you are comfortable with. We have someone for everyone!
